Today I decided that since I am now fully awake and off of my pain meds that I would get back to work. If there are days that are missing it’s because my wifi isn’t working or because my ankle started acting up and I took medication and fell asleep. I was looking through my lessons and realized that I never finished chapter five of up and running with illustrator. That will be fixed tomorrow. These lessons include:
- Selecting, Grouping, and Isolating
- Organizing Layers
- Scaling and Rotating
I also had some ideas about a project that I will do for Christmas. I decided to make Christmas cards for my family members this year using illustrator. Each card will have something different on the front, but will follow the same design theme: Minimalism. I like it simple and clean. While doing this I will post on my blog how I am doing them and if I incorporated anything from the Illustrator tutorials from Lynda.
Glad you are feeling better and wanting to get back to designing! I like minimalism as well. Looking forward to seeing the cards you design!
